T’ai Chi is a gentle form of exercise which promotes relaxation, balance, health and fitness.
Often called ‘moving meditation’ T’ai Chi uses slow physical movements to reduce physical and mental strains, creating a healthy body and a tranquil mind.
The physical movements are combined with breathing exercises leading to increased blood circulation and increased energy levels.
Originating in China, the Lee Family Style has been practised for over 3000 years. It is a true family style and our classes are attended by people of all ages and fitness levels.
It is an exercise for which benefits can be felt quite quickly but is also an art that can be practised for a lifetime.
And of course the best way to find out about T’ai Chi is to come along and try it for yourself….take a look to see which class is nearest to you
